COLQUITT COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) — Four women were arrested in connection to a jailbreak that occurred on Tuesday, Dec. 16 in Colquitt County, an investigator confirmed on Dec. 18. This comes after two inmates of the Colquitt County Jail — Alan Kennedy and Karon Caldwell — escaped from the facility Tuesday, launching a day-long manhunt.
